It was the modifier in the ini file. I forgot that the modifier was ControlKey, so I kept pressing T without ControlKey. I don't believe there was a mod messing around with it.

For some reason i put None on the modified key so now only press T brings up the menu key everything else works fine i can live with that so n e one else having trouble like i had try doing that 

Loving the mod, thanks for sharing.

I understand you disabled the menu during callouts to prevent crashes, but could you please add a configurable switch in the .ini for the most brave of us? Actually never crashed on my side, and it was very useful and realistic.

After adding this to my game, I also had trouble calling up the menu on a normal non-callout pullover of a random car. I read around and tried a few things. Initially I accidentally left the default bind, which interferes for me with Traffic Policer - Follow Me. I changed the binding but the menu still did not appear. I mashed the keys (for me CTRL + M) and eventually the menu would pop up. However on occasion, the Traffic Policer - Custom Pullover Location feature (for me CTRL + W) would pop up. I don't know why this happens. I have looked over the keybindings and they are not the same. 

I have found that if I press my menu keys (CTRL +  M) as close to the same time as I can, it will pull up the menu without problems.

The approach suspect feature works with no problems.  If you want any logs, let me know!

All around great job and the community appreciates what you've done so far!

I have to further look into the issue. Hopefully I'm not overlooking my code. I'll provide an update when I fix it.

im having one problem, i call for the felony stop, i can use the command menu, my back up units spawn  on the map at a slight distance from me , then just sit there, they never come to my location .  

When I get the drug runner callout (featured in Traffic Policer by Albo1125), after pulling the suspect over, every time I perform the felony stop, it works smoothly until I order the suspect to get out his vehicle, and at that point LSPDFR crashes. Am I the only one with this issue?

Known issue. That's why I disabled the menu during callouts in a previous version. I updated it to re-enable by request. Users will use the menu in callouts at their own risk.

Will callouts support the menu one day?

It all depends because each callout is different. So it may work for some, but not others.

I think the drug runner and wanted person callouts by Albo make sense for it.

What area/city are you using it?

I've tried it in all jurisdictions to be honest.  all over Los Santos, All over Sandy/Grapeseed/Blaine county, On Great Ocean HYWY near Paleto and Del Perro, and the same thing happens,  i never use it during any Callouts because i read your warning that it could cause crashes, i have no other traffic stop back up plugins, i do have BetterEMS and while i do have only a few other callout plugins , would that effect it  on a unrelated traffic stop? Since i only try to utilize the plugin (per your warning) , when i get a warrant coming back from a plate check or a stolen vehicle on ALPR+. I've also tried, removing all of my plugins , and running just LSPDFR & felony stop, but always have the same issue, im always able to use the command menu but my back up never arrives, and ive sat in my Patrol Vehicle for 5 + minutes just trying to see if they show up haha. Its a great plugin regardless, even if my backup is no where to be found i love the menu feature and it works flawlessly for me,  thats why im at a loss cause im not sure if im doing something wrong, since the only function that doesnt work is the backup coming to my location. Have you tried the latest version?

None of the other callouts should affect this mod.

 okay I got the menu to work but after the menu when I ask the the driver to come back he doesn't come back backwards at me he just stands there and then walks forwards and then goes back to the same position I tell him the command again am I supposed to press another button for the mode please respond thank you

I wasn't using a plugin in that video, it's the vanilla graphic setting called 'depth of field'.

This looks cool, but I use traffic policer already and your note says there's compatibility issues.

What visual are you using to make your lights look so good I would love to have those bright lights in my game.

Is there always have some issues of compatibility with Traffic Policer Plugin?

I cant open this menu. How can I fix this?

If you want to change the driver of the vehicle, you have to change it in that vehicle's meta. The line you need to change will look like this: <driverName>S_M_Y_Cop_01</driverName> If you want it to be a sheriff ped it would be: <driverName>S_M_Y_Sheriff_01</driverName>

bro, when I'm going to arrest someone, my game crashes

Damn this is a classic, wish I was more proactive in LSPDFR to keep this one going! We need this feature again in LSPDFR. I am going to try using it and disabling the back up vehicles if it causes crashes with 4.4 now. But If I could still use the ordering commands menu then just that part of the mod would be useful! I have always wanted to gun point order a felony stop driver out of their cars and down on their knees!

I am gonna check that out and see if it happens to me. This is an old mod, a goodie but might not be compatible with LSPDFR 4.4 now. Maybe disabling some of its features might help it work better.
