EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification.

EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier.

Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease.

Sunny day? Why not put on some shades.
Hate your face? A mask solves everything.
Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself.
Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists.

What happened to the Accessories menu?:
As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update.

Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUP Law & Order 8.3

4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5

Installation:
1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it).
2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder.
3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations).

Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine.

Updated RPH dependency to 1.86.1288.16169 (minimum 0.37 required).
Updated RNUI dependency to 1.8.1 (minimum 1.8.1 required).
Updated menu for EUP 8.3.
Organized agencies into subdivisions, particularly those with larger amounts of outfits.
Added the ability to toggle DLC and install checking off in settings.ini.
- To do so, add the following to your settings.ini:

SkipInstallCheck=true
SkipDLCCheck=true
```
- The install check looks to see if EUP Law & Order / EUP Serve & Rescue are installed. If you encounter issues with the install checker, you can set SkipInstallCheck to true like above.
- The DLC check looks to see if your game is up-to-date and has the latest vanilla DLCs. If you encounter issues with the DLC checker, you can set SkipDLCCheck to true like above.
Updated easter eggs.

You can accomplish that by making separate characters. Selecting voices for uniforms makes things more complicated than they need to be.
I agree with the voice names though. We'll change that.

Also, if I may add on to my suggestion. When choosing the character voice it'd be cool to have a button that we can press to preview the voice.

There is -- you press space (X on controller) when selecting a voice. It's not documented so it's easy to miss. We're slowly implementing all the controls onto the instructional buttons in the bottom right, but there's quite a bit! For now, I attached a little text file that contains all the current controls.

Is there anyway to make the character not look drunk when idle and not run as slow as a snail? Very cool mod but very useless when I can't catch a fat woman running away in pursuit :(

That's not EUP. You have something else interfering with your gameplay. EUP simply changes your player model.

Not really. We may add it eventually but certainly not anytime soon. Not really high on our list.

Finally resetting-on-death is GONE. I truly hate this glitchy unimmersive "feature" existing in some trainers (Simple Trainer, ENT), but now we can play as custom characters without worrying about death. Thank you guys!

I just downloaded this menu with the newest version of RPH which is .49 but the menu just keeps crashing. Will an update be made available soon?

Hey, I have installed EUP for some time with the uniforms pack. But now as I enter the menu there is a white blank space above it and it appears on every menu (etc. characters, appearance) in different spots. Also I cannot access the Emergency Apparels menu, its as if it was locked. Finally when I load my character his hair is pink - white. Can anyone please help because EUP adds realism and the default game cops aren't as good.

Reinstall EUP. Not the menu, the actual .oiv package.

Question about Character Creation:

i have seen videos where mother and father have names. Like Sophia and Alex. Also their appearance is somewhat different.

Are there different versions?

I don't get any character, as shown in many videos.

It's not the same as GTA Online character creation, if that's what you're thinking. IIRC there isn't actually images for the mother/father selection, sorry.

I was using EUP all day today, but then left the house to go do things. When I came back I launched up LSPDFR and eup worked fine, but now it doesn't work at all. When I force load it, it says ERROR:/plugins/eupmenu.dll. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and when I launch up RPH it says this "block files may cause crashes or other malfunctions" then it shows Plugins/EUPMenu.dll. Please help

Submenus in the Wardrobe? So you could easily choose a specific department with custom clothing. Split up into LSPD, LSSD, SWAT, HRT, QRF, USCG, etc.
