Open OpenIV

2.
Go the this direction:
\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages

3.
Open scaleform_frontend.rpf.

4.
Replace "loadingscreen_startup.ytd" with the one in the donwload file.

4.1.
Replace all "loadingnewsscreenbg0.ytd" to "loadingnewsscreen17.ytd" with all the "loadingnewsscreenXX.ytd" files in the donwload file.

5.
Then open scaleform_platform_pc.rpf.

6.
And replace "loadingscreen0.ytd" to "loadingscreen29.ytd" with all the "loadingscreenXX.ytd" files in the donwload file.
