Any way you could do something similar to the other merryweather ped(s) so we can have both this and the sheriff?

You need a trainer to access them right now, I use simple trainer and in the screenshots folder is were to find the models

Great for realism when you want to be undercover and not wear anything like the FIB stuff. I would edit some of the textures to make the shirts look like they're regular shirts because I see way too much police text.

Thanks, noticed and found them ingame! I use default trainer that comes with Scripthook, but i can't seem to get the caps/hats on these models. Am i using wrong trainer for that? (I remember GTAIV had a separate hat option in trainer)

Thats why i use simple trainer its give you individual clothes options not just randomizer

well these weren't meant to be "undercover"  just low profile units that's why you have the option for civilian ball caps.

So I have good news for you, if you want both sheriff and police models to work.

First run OpenIV, navigate to were you find the files for s_m_y_blackops_01 and 02 and be in edit mode.

make a back up of s_m_y_blackops_02 all the files that means the (.ydd , .ytf , .ymt , ytd) files you will be replace them

next take the s_m_y_blackops_01.ydd ,s_m_y_blackops_01.ytf, s_m_y_blackops_01.ymt and drag them to a folder to rename the files to s_m_y_blackops_02

place them back and replace the s_m_y_blackops_02 files then take either the sheriff file or police file which ever one you dont have and replace the YTD file. and there it is

make sure you do the same thing with the pedprops file or the hats wont be the same it looks like s_m_y_blackops_01_p.ytd, but you have to replace both file for that as well .

If i would have known this worked I would have just uploaded it that way (sorry)

how do i play as this model and still be able to use lspdfr?

start up lspdfr pick any unit pick the car you want, then use a trainer to select this skin and your good to go

This may be a stupid question but does this replace one of the choices when starting LSPDFR when picking cars/cops to start or do you spawn it in through a trainer?

This is amazing!! Great job, I've been waiting for something to be done like this!!! I'm trying to make it to where I can have a team of these guys spawned as bodyguards through a trainer. I can do this, but the only problem is when I call for additional back up, my body guards (black ops peds) get into an all out gun fight with the uniformed backup that shows up. Not sure if you or anyone knows how to change the relationship files so that this can be achieved???

Also, a possibility for future updates to this ped. Maybe there is a way you can retexture this peds headphones to be a ski mask or black baclava like the swat peds have. Not sure how hard that would be, but just a thought.

I bet someone could retexture the IAA peds to look like this

you know you can take the vest and beard off...that's Why I chose this ped it had a lot of options

I have they same problem and its the only down side to this mod. so for now i ride solo as a gang unit which ive never seen in my life lol
