Hey, ive downloaded it and it all works fine, but when i come into the game and try to put on emergency light they doesnt work, can someone please help me!!

Unless there is a more recent version of ELS, I don't think that's the issue. I am running into a similar issue in which when I load up the game it loads fine, I can enter the car and drive around. However once I go to turn on the primary lights it crashes every time with a fatal error (that's all the information it gives, and says to restart the game). I've ran plenty of ELS enabled vehicles so I know I'm not installing it wrong, and I've also made sure it wasn't another mod conflicting with it.I even went as far as to install a few enb's (not at the same time of course) just to check, and same result. Additionally, I installed a clean version, and put in only ELS and only put in this car, same result.

well you dont put it in script if you did that you put it in main directory and when you download the car make sure its els v6 enabled if those dont work i got nothing

I live in Alabama and this car is amazing, all I can say is that the state troopers down here seem to have a lot more lights on their cars, and a lot have traffic indicators.
