This is my modification of the SweetFx mod, that focuses on reflections, light bars, and color quality. You can use this ether a standalone graphics mod, or you can use it as a ENB companion. With this mod you wont get ANY fps drop (it adds about 1-5 FPS, and makes the game more stable).

Features:

- Turning off and on the mod by pressing the Scroll Lock key.

- Screenshot taking by pressing the Print Screen key (Still a WIP feature, may cause lag, or errors to your game)

- Shader reloader (when the mod sees that the game textures are getting "wonky", it reloads the shaders and/or textures)

Bugs found:

- Text bug while in the LCPDFR computer(hard to read text).

How can you claim to add 5 frames, and make the game more stable? If I am not mistaken this is another ENB and ENB's are visual modifiers not game enhancers.

    This is the best thing for me as graphic improvement!! love it!!! i can also testify for the fps boost. I got way better fps for some reason, it made the game run alot smoother

    Installation is pretty easy. Open the .rar when you download it, open the SweetFx 1.0 folder, and then drop all the files from there to your main GTA IV directory.

    There is no point in having els installed because you can't even see it. Everything esle looks pretty good but so 3/5
