For everything not included in the links below, I am happy to answer your questions as I can. But really, I just wanted to share how I play the game and bring to light the possibilities of what VR with LSPDFR can do and how it can quite literally turn this mod into a simulator experience. Disclaimer, I am not an internet personality, therefor I do not hype myself or promote myself in any way and I do not truly intend to. Instead I would rather simply share my experience. Also, yes it is a pain in the a@@ to play this game on a keyboard and yes I know it is quite annoying to listen to.
For the headset, I am using an HP Reverb. This Windows Mixed Reality headset is around $700 and comes with a whopping 2,160 x 2,160 resolution. By far the best headset on the market if you're looking for visual quality in my honest opinion.
The 3d driver program I am using is called VorpX and you can find the link here > https://www.vorpx.com/
This program IS NOT FREE but is worth every penny as it allows me to play literally everything in VR.
The voice program I am using is called VoiceAttack and you can find the link here > https://voiceattack.com/
This program is essentially VocalDispatch without the plugin. What you will see in the video is that it executes pre-programmed "key commands" over voice. I have it programmed to execute nearly everything in LSPDFR, from closing roadways, to calling in supervisors, to going 10-8 etc. You will hear me reference "Speed down" and "Speed Up" in the video. These voice commands are telling the script plugin I have for cruise control to speed down and speed up. Kind of annoying I know. It's better for patrolling than responding. You can buy it as a separate program or on steam to run in conjunction with GTAV
The Headphones are a Logitech Pro headset.
Please let me know what you think, and enjoy the video!
