  1. Ahhh the Onion. One of my daily web visits. It's pretty funny, and this one was well made. You do realise it's a joke, right?
  2. That would also be a good thing to check, although the OP said trafficflow did work for him once before. The traffic density setting can't actually disable car spawn altogether, but if you want more cars on the road, you can increase the number.
  3. Sounds like a plan. Post here if you need more assistance :) Rule of the thumb though: Always read the supplied readme's and make backups.
  4. Here's a good list >(www.lcpdfr.com/topic/12353-list-of-mods-to-use-with-lcpdfr-with-links/) ELS 7: Yes, it's really good. You will need ELS-enabled cars though. You can find some in the list above I believe, and in the download section. It will not work with the vanilla cars GTAPolicingTools: Yes, it's really good too. Read the readme and you will manage to install it. NoControl: It says what it does in the description. TrafficFlow: It makes sure to spawn different kind of traffic, randomizing it. It's good to have if the only cars you see are taxis, an effect of installing car mods (usually). Welcome to the forums btw! :)
  5. 14 children? That's a pretty productive guy.... Anyway, once again excellent work!
  6. It's more of a 'realistic gore', which some may take offence at. But I get your point though. But it is a 18+ game...
  7. First off, I don't think the game can launch with the vehicles.img missing. Sounds to me you did do something to your GTA IV folder. Are you 100% positive you didn't do anything? TrafficFlow does not corrupt your installation, I have never heard of that or this issue before.
  8. To use your smoke trail, hold down the 'X' button (PS3) or the 'A' button (Xbox360)
  9. Is anyone on this fine fora looking forward to this game? I personally am. I've been longing for this kind of game for a long time now. Thoughts? http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=HKoDTzea79Y And here's a little more info: (http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2013/12/11/obsidian-on-dungeoniest-dungeon-ever-eternitys-length/).
  10. Can you try to disable it?
  11. Is "read-only" checked on the gta iv folder?
  12. Can you post a screenshot of your GTA IV folder? Could be some conflict there..
  13. I can't see what kind of GPU you are using (or I'm just blind). Did you do any recent change to the system and/or game?
  14. There's a huge section of tutorials that may strike your fancy. (http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/vehicle-modification-tutorial/).
  15. Indeed it is! Already own it though, but for those who don't: Go get it. It's a really well made game. It's not a GTA in the olden' days though, so do not expect that.
  16. Last time I checked it was Yard, Icon and now it's you Sharp again. We can't escape! We're doomed!
  17. Thanks. It's a strange issue...
  18. Somebody else will most probably get the necessary permissions to develop and manufacture the car. SAAB in Sweden went belly-up, yet cars are still being manufactured.
  19. Download the enb of your choice and read the readme.
  20. *Peeks out of safety vault* Heeeey loook, there's a huge calendar there.
  21. What are your computer specs?
  22. Try clearing your internet cache. If that doesn't work, consider using another browser.
  23. Happy gaming then, glad we could help :)
  24. So? That is what we all see from time to time :p
