No and no. Going into houses would require editing the map, or use the pre existing houses. LCPDFR v 1.0 will come with an api to create your own callouts however.

Use paint. Net instead. You can upload the image to imgur for example and use the image bb code on the toolbar. Don't link to big images though, put those in spoiler tags if they're too big :)

You could add the game to steam and take screenshots via steam instead.
