Hello. The problem is that most people treat LCPDFR like we (read: the team) has obligations to fix every issue like we are a huge team. LCPDFR is NOT a huge team. Crashes happen. Welcome to the world of GTA IV. They are extremely normal, as GTA IV is unstable, even without mods.

What are you, 16? Relationships? You're young! Why the fuck do you need a girl already? Live your life, when you get older you can enjoy getting chained down by a girl. Play videogames, spend time with your forum and IRL friends for as long as you can. Girls will always be there. Also, the badge is for Protect and Serve nothing else.

Why not make the pack available to everyone instead of just "making it private"? It doesn't make me want to join your clan any more if you have "private car mods" that no one else can access. Just make the mod Free, available and unlocked for everyone. That's what a community is about.

LCPDFR,com was orignally intended to be based around the LCPDFR mod. Groups/Clans/Gangs aren't "supposed" to be here, the group system was added because the team felt like it. It was removed because of abuse going on in the Group forums. At this point, it is unsure if it will be brought back. As always: LCPDFR is a free service and the developers do not have to bring anything back.

That's because GTA IV doesn't use LEDs in vanilla.

If you're using any mods in multiplayer, remove them and see if that helps. If your settings are on high, lower them to see if that helps.

What's so unrealistic about the GTA IV system? I think it is realistic, even more realistic than ELS.

Installer isn't corrupt, don't be silly. Try to disable DEP (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Change-Data-Execution-Prevention-settings?SignedIn=1)
