  2. No, that won't cut it. You can try creating a file called commandline.txt and enter the following content: -renderquality 0 -shadowdensity 0 -texturequality 0 -viewdistance 0 -detailquality 0 -novblank -percentvidmem 100 -minspecaudio -novsync -renderquality 0 -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict
  3. We need your graphics card specs, then we can determine what is up.
  4. The door flapping will not occur if steady burn is activated, this is because the parts aren't reloading.

It's because your PC isn't powerful enough, so a better PC would work, yes. OP: You can also create a file called commandline.txt and enter the following content: -renderquality 0 -shadowdensity 0 -texturequality 0 -viewdistance 0 -detailquality 0 -novblank -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -minspecaudio -novsync -renderquality 0 -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict If that works better, try this instead: -novblank -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -novsync -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict If that makes it worse, revert back. These commandlines will improve GTA IV memory and FPS.

Get a better PC and/or remove your high-poly ELS cars.
  7. We're talking all of the LCPDFR versions. It was never designed with multiplayer in mind. Never know what LMS has cooking though for the future :)
  8. I did not. LCPDFR isn't stable in multiplayer as stated by me and Olanov before.
  9. You must have done it wrong then Ninja. PPM spawned some seriously disturbing stuff. or did it.
  10. I'm not using any mods other than LCPDFR.
  11. I'm sorry, but I have to: Lol, welcome to the forums. I am sure someone can help you with your request.
  12. LCPDFR does not support any form of Online play. From the manual: It will crash, most likely. A heads up: Your "clan" using mods will not help with the crashes, especially not ELS cars. So removing them is a wise choice.
  13. You might be scarred for life, and other mental disturbances but other than that you should be fine :)
  14. Lol, video is private. I wonder why...
  15. Horrible, horrible things.
  16. Post a screenshot of your GTA IV directory, please.
  17. You're not wrong, it was a feature of one of the older versions :P
  18. But by asking if it is released in a month, you are asking for a date. It is done when it's done :)
  19. Mind telling us what kind of files you replaced? :)
  20. Looks like to me they're already made, and are safe in sound in NYC where they belong :)
  21. It's never going to be anything else than Liberty City no matter how many high-poly LAPD ELS cars and palm tree mods you add.
  22. Yes, but this is Liberty City. And in Liberty City, running a red light is filed under Reckless Driving.
  23. To add to that, there is a manual for LCPDFR which will tell you what you need.
  24. What do you mean with you have a copy of the game?
  25. I must agree with Olanov here, it's better to keep the mod as stable as possible.
