You need to press Alt+P. Please read the manual, as the entire mod is explained in detail there.

You will need to launch GTA IV as administrator. Also, have you bought the game?

Yeah. It will probably make your game unstable too, just so you are aware of that right off the bat.

LCPDFR and ELS are 2 seperate things. You will need ELS enabled cars for ELS.

GFWL had an update a few days ago I believe.

You can use the backups that you made prior to modding the game.

Indeed. Make sure that the trainer keys are disabled by going to your GTA IV folder, open trainer.ini, hit CTRL+F, type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0, click on Find Next and replace 0 with 1. This should solve your issue.

Can you please explain what you mean? Do you spawn a bike with Alt+M?
