  1. Sorry, misread your post.
  2. Would it be possible to provide screenshots and pictures of your previous work? EDIT: Misread post
  3. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving topic to GTA IV Support Requests as it has been posted in the wrong section. The General & Miscellaneous Discussion section is not for Support Requests. Please make sure to post in the right section in the future. As CouthInk said, it's not a guarantee that the game will run even if the computer is brand new. You will need to provide a lot more information about your PC and your problem in general.
  4. I know that you can add extra car models, but I am unsure if you can pull people over with this option edited.
  5. Maybe this will work. 1. Make a Rockstar account (R* Social Club) 2. Download the game via Steam 3. Steam will give you a key for GFWL. 4. Install 'Games for Windows Live' (GFWL) (latest one) 5. Make an account if you need to and log in. 6. Log into your profile on live.xbox.com 7. Hover over your account name and a dropdown menu will display 'Reddem Code' Click on that 8. Type in the key that steam gave you 9. In GFWL you should now see the game from the redeem code, dont worry about downloading it but at the bottom of GTA4 it should have 'Display Keys' 10. Use that key in the actual game when it asks you to log into GFWL
  6. What didn't work? Did you read the manual? More details please.
  7. Ah, then it's out of my domain lol Oh, and MODERATOR NOTICE Moving thread to Tutorials & Questions.
  8. it is stable, unless you are using a lot of other mods.
  9. Do you have the latest version of GFWL?
  10. Is it asking for the key in GFWL or in Steam?
  11. Most mods come with a readme. Have you read it?
  12. Hacking the streets to blow out the tires of a motorvehicle seems a little too advanced and expensive for a beat cop to utilize.
  13. Isn't that some kind of zip file? Try using 7zip to unpack it.
  14. MODERATOR NOTICE Thread moved to GTA IV Development Suggestions and Requests. Please read the pinned "About This Section" thread before posting in the showroom forums. I think most modders on this site would be happy to do it for free.
  15. I am too old for school :( It didn't affect me when I was in school, gaming in moderation is always good in my opinion.
  16. Hello. LCPDFR 1.0 does not have that function. Callouts+ by LukeD does, however. That is a plugin for LCPDFR 1.0.
  17. Just read the manual and it will go fine :)
  18. Could you try to use the manual installer?
  19. Could you post a screenshot of your GTA IV directory?
  20. Any time when there's mischief around.
  21. ^ You'd be better off building your own.
  22. Hello. Can you try using the manual installer instead?
  23. Hello. Are you running the game as administrator?
  24. Quote in spoiler Pretty much this. I firmly believe that everyone are allowed to their own opinions and thoughts, but this is a forum after all where the point is for opinions to be discussed. As always, if you feel something is wrong with a post, you can use the report button :)
  25. It should work if you are using essentially the same game files.
