  1. MODERATOR NOTICE I've cleaned this thread up a little bit, if you see something wrong with a post; Report it. Any further off-topic posts will be removed, and will result in sanctions. Now, I agree with pengi here. Perez, What is your intention with this thread? To sell the car? If yes: That's advertising and it isn't allowed. It looks nice, but as you know it isn't allowed to make money off this site via advertising.
  2. MODERATOR NOTICE Please do not bump your posts. Your bump has been edited into your main post. Simply use the edit button to add more information to your post. LCPDFR isn't supported in any form of online play. Does it still do the same without LCPDFR?
  3. Please reply to all the bulletpoints in the list.
  4. Can you still reply to the fact that the post is there with simple instructions? Let us know what you have tried etc. Just as the list says. Please note that failure to follow these instructions may cause this thread to be closed. Here it is again:
  5. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Development Tutorials & Questions. The LCPDFR Discussion forum is for general discussion about the LCPD First Response modification itself.
  6. Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR. You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them. Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following: Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. Post your system specifications. Post what other mods you are using. This includes car and script mods. Please note that failure to follow these instructions may cause this thread to be closed.
  7. And it that last topic, you never even bothered replying back. > Please reply to all of the questions.
  8. You just said "it's just another crapy mod i won't use again". It is stable for a lot of people, and the topics do state on how to fix most of the issues that arise when installing the mod. Most of these issues are user-related; Meaning that it isn't the mod that is at fault, but the end-user. Be that by installing a lot of mods, or having a PC setup that just won't work. There's a reason we tell people to use the diagnostic and post the relevant logs; It helps. There is a reason we tell people to read the manual/documentation; It helps. "i hope you test the new versions very well i know you do check them but really work out ways to see if you get problems!" We do test all new versions, and we test them very well. But, we can't cater everyone and make sure that every possible build will work smoothly. That just isn't possible. We don't have the resources, or the time. We also have a limited amount of testers who, mind you, do this for free to bring you the best experience. The devs do fix all of the issues that testers point out that are fixable. And no, the creator or support givers won't know what is wrong with your particular setup, unless you give more information. We're not magicians. "and the moderators don't ether, you need to get professional's to test the game as well as they can and then your people over there." Sure, will you pay the bill for those proffesionals? The mod (not game) is being developed for free, by the devs in their sparetime. They give you this amazing modification for free, no charge whatsoever. We don't need to give support. We don't need to do anything. But we do, because we enjoy it. Now, if you have further discussion to make, please take it to your own topic or send me a PM. Thank you sir :)

  10. 1. If it's just another crappy mod, you can leave. No one is forcing you to use it. 2. Why would you use it if it is just another crappy mod?

  13. If you go to the place I linked, you can see all forums.
  14. And lower your in-game graphics settings, or use another car mod / no car mod at all.
  15. Please read this for uninstallation instructions http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-lcpdfr-095-r19. Then download 1.0c and read the attached manual, the entire manual will explain any questions you might have. If not, please post again.
  16. Remove Norton and get a real anti virus system.
  17. Good for you, as you said it depends on the hard drive :p it isn't recommended, that's all. Every once in a while is surely ok.
  18. Don't format and reinstall too often, that just puts unnecessary strain on your harddrive which will slow it down in the end.
  19. Why on earth are you using a torrent for that?

  23. I never save with mods activated.
