  3. Mr.Abraxas has left the modding scene as explained several times before. This topic is now locked, since it will only flood with people looking for the now retired Abraxas. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by LCPDFR.com staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  4. Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR. You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them. Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following: Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. Post your system specifications. Post what other mods you are using. This includes car and script mods. Please note that failure to follow these instructions may cause this thread to be closed.
  5. This. And please read the manual. LCPDFR is not supported in any form of online play at the moment.
  6. And that is why you always check where links go, read the Steam user agreement (steam will never contact you that way). Anti-Virus might help those who fall for it, but honestly: Common sense people. It will get you far.
  7. Yes, it was revealed in the first post in this topic that it is coming to PC, Xbox One and Ps4. Saying that the release date has "leaked" doesn't really help. I know about the official R* sources, and those are the ones I stick to :)
  8. As long as R* isn't the source of the release date, I won't believe it. Besides, it isn't "leaked". It's revealed by R* that it is coming out.
  9. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Support Requests, as this isn't relevant to the functionality of the LCPDFR Modification which is what the LCPDFR Support Requests forum section is for. Are you sure you are opening the vehicle file? There are several used by TBoGT and TLAD.
  10. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Discussion. It does not matter which version you use. You can still update it to 1.0.7.0 if you're using a disc, and then it will be the same as the Steam version.

  13. Latest reports show that the plane has indeed crashed.
  14. Hopefully we're not dealing with another disaster this time. There has bee too many of those lately. Let's see how this plays out.
  15. Awesome, good luck with that!
  16. Then I think you can safely ignore the message.
  17. Does it make the game unplayable?
  18. Should be fine, as the auth. server isn't online as far as I know.
  19. No need to ask for payment.

  23. Those are mods that people recommend, it doesn't mean that they will work together with LCPDFR. Consider removing some of them.
