I think you fail to understand how advanced modding GTA IV really is. What you describe just isn't possible. There is no way to just "slap parts together" in-game or via some "garage".

Then you cannot play online. You need to remove xlive.

Read the LCPDFR Manual. That is a good first step as it lists all features and things you can do. Most of it is Role Play, so use your imagination :) The best advice I can give is to just play it, get a feel for the controls etc. Also, for clans, look in signatures or on profile pages. We do not allow clan advertising outside of signatures and profiles.

LCPDFR does not exist for GTA V. To play online you simply need to boot up your console of choice (Xbox 360, Xbox One, Ps3 or Ps4) and join online. The Xbox/Ps does not support any of those programs (tunngle, hamachi) and there's no need for them either. If Online does not work, it is something that R* has to fix.

Yeah, as said above it does that from time to time. Sometimes I just think it is my PC playing tricks on me. Seems to be a little unstable.

It is really awesome and easy to configure. Use it all the time at work and at home. I disable it for gaming and watching movies, otherwise it is always on.

Sex ed, yes, has been for as long as I can remember. Martial arts, no. No gun training either. We don't run around with guns. If you want to try martial arts, there are schools for that where you can train :)

While I can agree that education is an important topic to discuss, simply linking a Youtube link isn't enough to warrant a good topic in a forum. Please avoid that in the future. If you're using Windows, you don't need to use Word. You can use "write.exe". I do not have it at the moment, so I am unable to give you proper assistance there.
