You do not need any other mods to play LCPDFR if that is what you're asking. To add to the experience I can recommend any mod by Custo and Olanov.

What the other said too :) The problem is that no mod is "compatible". They may work, but crashes will be more frequent when used together.

No third-party mod is neither "compatible" or supported with any version of LCPDFR.

I'd say any version would work just as fine, altough some have experienced that EFLC is better.

You'll have to reinstall your game then, and take greater care in the future to make proper backups. Such is the life of modding sadly.

LCPDFR 1.0 is only supported on the latest version of the game and will not work on any other version. This is true with most up to date mods.

Again, you need to make sure you made backups of all files. Obviously, you did not. This includes savefiles and even the most minor files in your GTA IV directory.

It's either that or Elite: Dangerous for me. X-Rebirth was fun for a bit, but was getting boring with all the weird glitches. But I love the idea, and I hope it can come to life. If it get good reviews, a oculus rift may be the next purchase I make :P

It's impossible if you did back everything up. Did you make a copy of your GTA IV Folder, deleted your modded one, and copied the correct one back? That's the only way to make sure. These graphic mods mess things up.

Do keep in mind that not all streets have audio-files associated with them.

You didn't back everything up then if you're still getting the issues. Make sure that you delete all files that came with the mod, in addition to restoring your backups.

Did you activate some kind of trial for Office 2010?

Ideas like this has been brought up before, and it has generally been seen as a "bad" idea. We strive to have a open and equal community. Having several visible member groups with new colors, permissions, features and so on makes it less equal. I see no reason to have special groups or awards, or even special permissions for members. We're all pretty much equal, and I'd like to keep it that way. A VIP group seems un-needed, but maybe an award for a donation? Long-standing members of the Community could maybe get some kind of note or small award (a gold star, if you wish) on their profiles. With that said, this is in no way an official response to the matter, and only my own thoughts.
