LSPDFR (there's no ":" in the name) will include instructions on how the install progress must be done I think, as past versions have, and we are keen on allowing as many people as possible to play and enjoy the mod :)

​I wasn't aiming for world peace either, it doesn't have to be 2 extremes, does it? Again, I understand America is a different culture to what I am used to, but we've had violent riots here too, and no heavily armored vehicles such as a Bearcat was ever needed. I don't think Obama is doing the wrong thing, but of course, I don't live in America and as such I may not fully understand the situation that Americans do.

Underground 1 and 2 did not have police present at all, which I liked a lot actually. Underground 2 was a lot of fun, but it would require a lot to live up to the expectations.

​I'm not blind to the violence either, that it is an increasingly violent world, but does it really have to be that way? I might be naive in thinking it can be fixed, but I don't want to give up all hope that our humanity is lost.

I understand that cops aren't animals, I believe that you misunderstand me. It shouldn't have to be like that at all. Why do the cops have to take to violance and military-like equiptment? Why, because people have access to tools that makes this kind of behaviour possible. Why not spend resources on limiting the chances of violent outbursts and riots, instead of violent means to literally fight it?

Iconography might very well think it was his idea and that the Hydra is his baby, but of course, I couldn't possibly comment.

​I wouldn't be here if I had the solution :P Violence breeds violence sadly, and I want to put a stop to it all together. There shouldn't be any need for police to require armored cars to deal with protests. Criminals needs to be locked up, guns taken away. I know america is a different culture than my country, but looking at America right now I am frightened at the rash development of violent "get-togethers".

I just find it sad that police departments in America feel the need to use armored vehicles. Don't get me wrong, I understand that they want to feel safe, but there's an underlying issue here that violence is on the rise. The response to that shouldn't be more violance, or bigger and badder toys, it should be finding a solution to the increase in violent acts against civilans and police alike.

Please use LCPDFR 1.1 instead. LCPDFR 1.0d is not supported anymore. In the future, please post in the correct section, which would be LCPDFR Support. ​I think you just proved yourself wrong. Just wait and see sir, you will be able to get your hands on it soon and then all your doubts should be gone. For now, don't be disrespectful against the developers who put their heart and soul into this development project with comments such as that.

Are you using any car modifications which may interfere with LCPDFR? Are you meeting the recommended system requirements for GTA IV?

Do you have the latest patch? could you show a screenshot of your GTA IV directory please?
