I think I have a theory on why you cannot build a computer. Perhaps you tried once and fried the whole thing? Dont be ashamed or afraid of that, you could learn from that and from then on, you take the time to make sure everything is where it should be or shouldnt be. But still, you are enabling that person to go after other people giving him the thought that since someone has paid him, everyone else he hacks will do so as well. Who knows, what you paid him could be going for further training of hacking skills and he will most likely keep your account name listed in some text file to try and do this again in the future.

In Ohio, any police officer conducting traffic enforcement are required to have permanent markings and lighting, This may have something to do with happenings in the past few years where civilians pretending to be cops have been pulling over cars and harassing drivers and some have even sexually assaulted drivers. But you can still have officers driving unmarked vehicles for official business such as detectives making their rounds on their open cases to uniformed officers driving department issue fleet vehicles to drive them to and from court. I have even heard of uniformed officers driving their personally owned vehicles to get to and from court. In my city, they drive Chevrolet Malibu's and Ford Fusions, nothing special about them except for the random mirror or sunshade lights as well as a few of them with rear deck lights, I have also seen an old Ford Taurus that has a full size light bar that isnt permanently mounted to the car, as in the driver places it on top when conducting road blocks for city events. The above mentioned Chevy Malibu's all have similar state issued license plates, civilian plates,but all of them start with the letters "EEF" followed by sequenced numbers. The cars are all also the same grey color, but the Fusions are different colors.

If you are going to make a Los Santos skin, Might I recommend replacing the "Ohio" in the plates with "San Andreas" as well as replacing the Ohio state map logo with one more fitting to San Andreas. Did you try turning off vsync? try that before committing hundreds of dollars for a new video card. I have a 970 and it was forcing me to stay at 30fps for some reason before I tried turning off Vsync, Now im getting 70-105fps.

I just saw the video on Razors Tiamat page and it shows you can hook up speakers to the control pad and switch effortlessly between headset and speakers.

The Tiamat looks interesting, but I run into the problem of plugging it in and unplugging them from the back of my computer when I just want to use my speakers, is there a simple way to switch between the headset and my speakers?
