  1. So life caught up with me so the Boxville pack won't be released until next week sometime. I want to make a Liberty State delivery service truck, unless someone has a better idea for what would make a good livery. I won't include the graffiti livery however since the exterior trim is not mapped, which would make for an unrealistic "tagging". I may make a Logger beer livery since I don't want to include the Pisswasser as that is available. The Washington Taxi will be in testing next week. I also plan on creating an LCPD livery for the slicktop Banshee ITO put out, as well as perhaps a "DARE" style or similar to the current Stinger livery as well.
  2. I will make some adjustments and finish up the final skin I had in mind and release the pack. cj24 was nice enough to let me know that apparently the destination box is completely scripted, so it looks like the Washington model overlaps the box within the interior space. I will be playing around with taxi1 vs taxi2 where this is now and see if it makes a difference after some other needed changes. This one will be for my collection personally until I can figure that out.
  3. So I've been working on that Washington "Town Car" taxi a bit. There isn't too much other than a new 'T & LC' license plate and LC taxi decals on the front window to mimic the real thing. I need to adjust the dirt levels as well as the decals a bit. I had messaged some people in the hopes of figuring out how to make it fully functional to no avail. When you actually take a taxi ride, the destination marker box does not come up. Other than that its a good replacement to add to that real NYC feel while of course staying within the game's world. If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it.

  7. I setup mine with MotionInJoy as well. Took a lot of troubleshooting but was worth it. I also purchased the bluetooth dongle on their site, very cheap and effective. Unfortunately I could never get the pressure sensitivity to work since its set up with Xinput to mock a 360 controller, which does not have pressure sensitivity encoded into the Xinput itself. Aside from that, this mod also make for a better experience with a PS3 controller: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/eflc-playstation-3-controller-mod-f5019

  9. You know I was seriously considering putting together some sort of a letter or petition simply stating that they should give their PC fanbase the same courtesy of letting us be able to pre-order the game... My feeble attempt on Newswire comments section...7800 posts, no way they'll react, but hey: "Here's an idea: Give the PC version the same availability to pre-order. This will show you the devotion of your PC fanbase, in currency and not just talk and complaining. You herald the PC gamers for its modding community consistently on Newswire, from the fantastic LCPD:FR to "Gangam Style" music videos set in GTA IV. Seeing the reaction, in monetary amount, of the PC gaming community's ability to pre-order, you could seriously consider not only creating a quality port, but also moving the release date for the game to PC sooner than later. If your GTA series has taught us anything, its that money goes a long way in changing people's minds, and, as you state "Grand Theft Auto V focuses on the pursuit of the almighty dollar". This isn't a debate on PC vs Console, or anything of that nature. Look at the bigger picture, and set up a pre-order for the PC version as well to see how much will be gained, and consider an earlier release date within means to send out a quality port."
  10. Here in MD there's been nothing but some wind and rain. Nothing major...yet.
  11. CrearBIn, I can work around that :) I would LOVE to see this with a vector lightbar though...!
  12. This is really nice, I'll have to make an LCPD skin for this one to mimick the real-life Maxima's the NYPD uses. Great work! What's next?
  13. I'll happily take it, would do awesome with the undercover NOOSE skin I have. Great work on the ped skins, can't wait to upgrade mine
  14. Damn! Nice. Did you make that Oracle police car too? Great work here...

  16. Okay the Landstalker Livery pack will be up shortly. Here are some screens: This would make for a great undercover model with a lightbar as an extra *COUGH EKALB COUGH* I think. Oh and here's these just for kicks: Not really planning on releasing these unless someone really wants 'em. The graffiti one is a WIP... Enjoy!
