I also recommend TrafficLoad: http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/trafficload-f9780 I like this one better than TrafficFlow as it doesn't take a selection of 20 cars but rather all of them, and can be adjusted to add more or less traffic AND pedestrians.

Because it was requested, here is the Boxville liveries pack with lore-friendly companies: Post Op, Liberty State Delivery, Alpha Mail & Logger Beer Skins for CTI55's 2011 Brute Boxville! Very vanilla. This model features a unique "Commercial" Liberty State license plate as well with various matching textures for optimal setup and appearance. 3DS and Blender don't allow modification to vehicles? Blower.

Between 3DS Max and Blender, what do people think is easier to work with and pickup, more intuitive?

This question is vague, but seeing as I only play EFLC I would suggest this: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/cge-enb-5-f17245 Its the best out there and does not cause any visual issues (red sky bug, etc) and is not going to bog down your computer. Its also easily moddable to suit your taste. Installing it is easy as you simply copy/paste it into the main directory for your game, no issues. BACK UP ALL YOUR ORIGINAL GAME FILES. The whole thing. It all depends really on your computers power specs.

As soon as I get a few things finished with the logo and the damn stripes I will release that long waited Boxville pack. The damn back of this thing has so many variances in the template...one side is lower, the doors are smaller, and the shit is driving me bananas. But I can't be happy until its perfect...as usual. Where's Ekalb with a new release to get my focus off of Boxvilles?!
