im looking for a good browser, so far ive tried avant, firefox, chrome(Current), IE(like it not enough features), opera, maxthon, safari, they either dont work or just plane out suck, if anyone can recommend a good one thats not on that list, that would be great. Im also looking for some help on developing a browser in vb/vs VB.NET, if anyone would help that would be great!

What ive done is highlighted the major areas of witch the speeds are, i found out the average speed, by doing speed traps in the areas, if you feel there are some mistakes please tell me and ill try and fix them. Here it is!

The Ai_ELS_MP = 1 should be Ai_ELS_MP = 0 right? Otherwize you would cause crashing hence the "// Toggles ELS on/off for AI in MP / Not recommended with other players" Humm, im not sure why LCPDFR would be causing that, are you running your game as administrator both times?

Your NAT is either 'Strict or Moderate' you can fix this by opening your router/modem home page, and going to DMZ/Port Forward. Read more Here or Here. If you still cant get it to work, PM me

Okay, so your wanting to play LCPDFR on multiplayer with some friends or just with random people. First thing you need to know is.... You must both have LCPDFR or you must have the same versions! You must have patch 1.0.7.0 download it Here. Car mods; If your going to play with car mods, you must have the same exact mods installed in the same slots or you and or other people will crash and get errors. Scripts; Don't use any traffic fix script, it will cause you to crash; and spawn cars other players may not see. Other modifications; vehicle skins, Sound mods, load screens etc. should be okay to have. Starting the game; To start a multiplayer game, go to your phone by pressing the up arrow( ? ) then select Multiplayer>Player match>Live/Lan>Custom match/Create match/Quick match.
