You should still be able to play, it does it to me to, but it works fine. Have you tried playing?

I think the only time you need to ask if you can is if its a model, or your editing a skin he made, you should be fine using the template as long as you dont clam its yours.

Feel free to edit it in anyway. I dident make a video or take in-games pictures, because my game takes to long to load.

Is there a current mod, or one in the making, that constantly records in the position of a police dashcam, but with out you having to be on the hood view, and if your out of the car it still records it?

Do you have simple native trainer installed? if you do By pressing END it will crash your game.
