you need to make a new folder in rockstargames for gta4, then mod that one with car mods, and then copy the vehicles.img over to the one in the steamapps

Im not sure of your problem, but try making sure you have police off, and dont call in any AI Backup, it will mostly crash the game, try posing the debug file in the support section.

Whenever i download something with firefox, it crashes, and chrome just sucks all out, its slow, and crashes, firefox is good, but like i said it crashes when i download anyting. How is it a problem on my end?
