lol, don't even start. I made these skins from scratch and have the photoshop files to prove it. So nice try... The skins are mine and the cars are just links to the respective authors download page. If you notice the file size is only 1.6 MB, way to small to include a vehicle. I don't claim any ownership of the car links except the slicktop cvpi v1.1 which I made. You may have seen PFCBarefoots Amarillo pack and thought I took his skins but if you would have done a little investigating you would have seen mine and his are different. I purposely remade everything in photoshop so that if anyone tried to accuse me of taking his skins I would have full proof that I didn't take anything. This was approved by a member of staff. If there was a problem with it, it wouldn't have been approved.

Right click on installer>run as admin. Do you have a legal purchased copy of the game?

They should be mapped to the extra5/6 for the best realism but some people prefer them to have more of a strobe effect and map them to 1/4, 2/3, etc. There are certain ways you could map it to give it different effects, I understand what your saying. I also understand it would be a pita to type it all out, lol.

It can be set up that way using Sams "Area Livery Mod". Thats the reason I made these skins, to work with his mod.

He was kind of hinting that you should post the pictures. Saves time if you post that stuff right away along with a list of what you want added/changed. Then if someone comes along and decides to make it they can see what you want

I understand he needs help. The reason everyone is reacting the way they are is because this isn't the first time this has happened. I along with others have tried helping him by commenting on his uploads and posting helpful tips but he doesn't read them. If he would test them in game or at least try them in OpenIv he would see that they are not complete.

I don't know why you wasted your time and ours making that. @beefandnachos99 - The model would have to be unlocked in order to even think about making it into a police/ELS enabled vehicle. If its not unlocked, which I doubt it is, then the original author would have to modify it or hand it out unlocked for you or someone to modify.

The car isn't going to make it look any better. Its based on your computer/settings whether it looks good or not. Trying a different car wont necessarily make the lights look better. Its simple as pie to change the lights from RED/BLUE to all blue. Just open it in photoshop or even paint and move the blue on top of the red

I don't know if a script could do this but it would be rather simple to fix in zmodeler. Provided you were making your own model or is was unlocked. I know he's probably talking about a locked model but I'm just saying. This is why I don't do strobes in the reverse/brake lights anymore, so the ENB people don't have problems

Or open Simple Native Trainer>Car Options>Second page>Left side>Change Car Color or something like that. Then you can pick any color you wish if the vehicle supports it

They are just objects spawned with SNT, its not a special mod or anything like that. You just have to search through the objects until you find what your looking for and then you can move it around as needed

Is that a Liberty? Can't tell what that white light is in between the blue/red. It could be the lamp light now that I look at it some more
