And I agree with that to an extent. While I personally don't condone the use of weed, I'm up for legalizing it for the pros.

You're forgetting the money. Not only does tobaccoes bring money, it brings voters, and it also brings job. All the tobacco farmers, fertilizer companies, researchers, retail businesses, then there's export/import and so much more. All the licenses, permits, taxes... it brings so much dough and people get plenty of jobs out of it. Outlawing cigarettes for an example would have a major impact on people, as with alcohol. It'll not only be bad for the economy, but the people also. It's just so integrated into our culture and society, in a much larger scale than weed.

Alcohol being legal has nothing to do with marihuana. Sadly because of it's long, long history and popularity, (not to mention the money it makes for the government) it's widely accepted in our society. If we were to make stuff like alcohol and cigarettes illegal, not only would the government be losing lot's of money, it'd be the Prohibition all over again. Cigarettes sort of have the same position I'd say, not sure. Dunno about abusing that though. Anyway, point is, yes, weed is just as bad as cigarettes or alcohol, if not worse. (I can't confirm the latter) Personally, I wouldn't like seeing it get legalized.At the same time however, I think it would be for the better the pros considered. Basic rule though, all in moderation. If one would abuse the substance, I think that's really their decision as unfortunate it is. They'll pay the price for their foolishness. If their habits would harm or danger others in some way, that's when they cross the limit. Say, driving under the influence for an example. Please don't hate, posting at 2:09 A.M.

I don't agree with cigarettes being legal, they're about as poisonous as everything else IF not worse! I can understand why though, for it was legal for a long period of time already and just way too popular. Weed I also don't really agree with being legalized, but I think it'd be for the best. I find it hard to believe you don't care for your own health though, that's pretty bad. And cigaretters doing the same thing shouldn't justify the use of weed neither, for it doesn't matter. Fact is, it still causes these issues and your health is at play. I also agree with Luke on the matter.

I'm all up for legalizing it. There's been so many unnecessary deaths (in law enforcement) due to these drug busts it isn't even funny. If it was regulated by the government, they could make a good buck off it too, not to mention I'm fairly certain it would hit the drug trade that bit. There being a legal way to purchase weed would probably make it easier to be accessed by people, without the need to deal with dangerous people. Also, if people want to get fucked up that's their own business. I couldn't care much if they want to ruin their lives for it. Also on situations where it affects others e.g. operating a motorvehicle while under the influence, ya, that should be unlawful.

Yeah, that's the Westminster precinct. Niko visits it a few times during the time he's working for Francis. Personally, I've always hoped to see this as the precinct in LCPDFR. Maybe try and modify it to be complete since it has some unsolid areas and such. The Lawyer's Office just doesn't make sense.
