  7. You should use the latest version, everything is updated, there is no need for downgrading.

  9. LSPDFR has no Internet requirement and will work happily without a connection. Certain callout plugins (although to my knowledge not ones available on LCPDFR.com) do not work without an Internet connection. The Rockstar Launcher / Steam / Epic all get grouchy without an Internet connection, and you may be able to get them to function in an offline mode somewhat but they try their best to not allow it.
  10. You'd need to send a new log.

  12. For some reason one of your callout mods depends on Scripthook V .NET, which it really shouldn't. Anyway that's slightly off-topic, you can find Scripthook V .NET here: https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases
  13. You included no information that anyone could use to help you. Perhaps upload your RAGEPluginHook.log file, you can find this in your GTA folder

  24. That's not hugely true, an average computer is still very useful, people could use it to access your bank account, or just make it join a botnet to attack others. The scary matter of fact though, is that if somebody wants to infect you, they're likely to send you something fairly unique that won't trigger antivirus.
