I'm unfamilar with downgrading and personally don't do it, so maybe somebody else can help you there. However, why do you have the complete edition compatibility files if you downgraded?? I can't imagine that doing anything good. Why are you even touching LSPDFR? It only loads if you load the game with RPH. Considering you cannot load even the base game, the answer is not there. How exactly did you disable your mods?

I don't know what you're talking about. Simply extract the contents of the LSPDFR manual download to your GTA directory then run RAGEPluginHook.exe from that directory.

The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You are using an unsupported version of LSPDFR (modified illegally without the permission or credit of our team) that is outside the scope of our support. I would be highly suspicious of such modified builds, if the person modifiying it did not seek permission to modify our software and then they have the audacity to seek finanical compensation for their changes, then adding themselves to the credits section of the most of the mods they have illegally changed, what other 'changes' might those builds be hiding?
