You're still getting the outdated version error, which means you are still using the outdated version. Use the manual installation, drag over the LSPD FIrst Response.dll/pdb files from the plugins folder of the zip file to your game's plugins folder. Ensure any older LSPD First Response.dll/pdb files do not exist in the root of your game folder, this will stop the new plugin from being loaded.

Do you happen to have an older copy of the LSPDFR dll files in your main GTA folder (not plugins)?

The game/RPH doesn't think it is an old version, it is loading the old version. Please send your full log file.

Have you put the LSPDFR plugin files in the right place? If the log is saying you are using the old version, that's what RPH is loading, and it can't be loading it from nowhere.
