If you're still getting the LSPDFR caused the game to freeze message when setting the timeout to 60000, something is wrong with your system and it is most likely unsuitable for playing LSPDFR.

You can launch RPH after GTA V has fully loaded into Story Mode.

Does GTA V start without RPH?
