It's possible all the content for the snow update is included in this build, and simply gets turned on by a dynamic flag / timer - if that's the case there shouldn't be another executable update.

It's not an LSPDFR issue, but you might be able to get help by making a thread in our GTA V support section.

? You do not put them in plugins/ they have to be loaded by LSPDFR in plugins/LSPDFR or they will not work. Put them where they go then send a new log.

An update is now available for RAGEPluginHook (1.102.1322.16448), resolving the problem described above concerning vehicle gadgets. It's bundled with today's LSPDFR update and you can download it now.

LML is broken and requires an update. LML however does not use Scripthook V.

LML needs an update to work with this new version.

If you read your log, you'll see your game crashes after LSPDFR attempts to spawn the police3 model. This means either your mods folder or police3 model is bad.
