LSPDFR does not use Scripthook V.

You either remove Script Hook V or wait for it to be updated for the new version.

You should launch the game yourself, then start RPH once the game is running.

Start your game first, then RPH.

I think your file has been long approved since your post, but in general, file approvals can vary from anywhere between a few hours to a few days. It all depends on moderator availability and workload. Most files are automatically approved.

Where did you get that from what I told you? The RPH included with LSPDFR supports 2699.

GTA V is returning an error when LSPDFR tries to spawn POLICE4.

Keybinds are stored in the LSPDFR subfolder in your GTA V folder as keys.ini. You can restore this file from the LSPDFR manual installation ZIP file if needed.

RPH stops the game from going online, which was a bit more strictly enforced in the latest update, this unforunately prevents the game from downloading certain MP assets. This might be fixed in a future RPH update.
