We can't help you if you've lost your serial key. The serial is binding to the installation. Installing an update would not interfere unless you were using a cracked copy.

This has been solved before, you can probably use the search function. It's caused by either not running the installer with admin permissions, installing to the wrong folder or your GTA folder/subfolders being read-only. If this is beyond you, not installing the tazer will fix this error.

IRC is dying. Nobody really uses it but criminals (warez, anonymous, child pornography rings). It's banned from most networks, too. At the ISP I worked at it was flat out banned, and you'd get your server suspended for hosting one. And rightly so.

Sorry, LCPDFR doesn't support systems with 2GB of RAM or less. I recommend you uninstall LCPDFR or upgrade your RAM. You can uninstall LCPDFR by going to your GTA folder, going into the 'scripts' folder and deleting FirstResponse.net.dll.

When posting here you said you weren't using any other mods. Although here you have stated you have. We don't provide any support if you're using any other mods of any kind.

To be honest, this probably won't be fixed.
