  1. Cyan commented on Harper's gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  2. Only driver errors or windows bugs can cause blue screens.
  3. Fixed in RC3, you'll have to wait until the next RC or use 0.91.
  4. I'd give http://www.superantispyware.com/ a try, and if that doesn't work, a reinstall will probably be required.
  5. I have to agree. Personally we take every care to ensure crashes are minimised. When errors occur in LCPDFR, we try and handle them in a way which doesn't cause the game (or LCPDFR's engine) to crash. For example, we disable the script that's running, so if there's a chase script running, and an error occurs, we stop the script instead of letting it continue potentially causing a crash. Other mods don't (or can't, due to memory etc changes) and may cause crashes.
  6. So you set your folder to read-only, like it asks?
  7. search and read the support guidelines (the things you were suppose to read and REQUIRED to read before making a topic)
  8. 1.0.4.0 isn't supported, only 1.0.7.0. EDIT: Although with enough demand 1.0.4.0 shouldn't be terribly difficult to support.
  9. Not yet, although this functionality may be available in a future version.
  10. If you had searched you would have seen this is a known issue. It's a release candidate so there will be bugs. However, you are more than welcome to use the stable version (0.91) instead.

  12. We only offer support when the only mod you're using is LCPDFR. The troubleshooter told you this. Closing.
  13. If your laptop is half decent
  14. If your computer can't handle LCPDFR, you can uninstall it by: This guide is aimed at version 0.95 RC2 of LCPDFR. This guide will also remove any ASI loaders and scripthooks. 1. In your GTA directory, remove AdvancedHook.dll, dsound.dll and xlive.dll. 2. In your GTA directory, remove the 'scripts' folder. If you installed the LCPDFR Taser: 3. In your GTA directory, go to the common directory, then the data directory. Delete WeaponInfo.xml and rename WeaponInfo.xml.bak to WeaponInfo.xml. Done! LCPD First Response has been uninstalled from your computer!
  15. Problem with one of our servers, it's fixed now.
  16. Probably the most you can do is get in touch with the pizza place and ask them to stop delivering. Let's be honest here, when law enforcement goes international, the police generally don't care unless it's major fraud or something big. Sadly, you're probably not going to be able to do much but wait this out. Don't worry, this person will probably get bored. I wouldn't worry about your address being exposed, no Internet tough guy is going to come to your house.
  17. Seems a little pricey.
  18. No. Like usual, it's done when it's done. The reason for this is because when we've given release dates in the past, people get mad when we get busy and are unable to deliver on that date -- so no dates. We have some internal timeline we keep to ourselves, although we use it mostly for guidance only, when we get busy LCPDFR takes the back seat.
  19. We have no problem with it; we don't make a competing SA mod. I'm sure the "FR" thing was done in admiration.
  20. Are you using any other mods? LCPDFR should be installed on a vanilla GTA (no other mods) only.
  21. Note that ALT-F12 and all other debug keys will be removed from the final version.
  22. Everything SAPDFR does can be done better with a well scripted SA-MP server.
  23. If you used Facebook your username will be your Facebook name.
