All the debug text is complete gibberish non-sense which would mean nothing to development. This is a complete fake.

Right click game in Steam > Properties > Local Files > Verify Game Cache. It will remove any modifications and restore a fresh game. Try and reinstall after this.

Is the game a legitamate version? e.g. you bought it from Steam or you own the DVD Also, there should be a file called LCPDFR.log, can you upload this.
