It would be entirely legal for us to actually charge for LCPDFR, although we choose not to. We don't actually use any of Rockstar's resources in our code; We just use memory hacking to communicate with the game engine. You need far more than 4 developers to make a game of such scale.

What are you system specs? How did you install it?

Are you using other mods?

We can't help you if you've lost your serial key. The serial is binding to the installation. Installing an update would not interfere unless you were using a cracked copy.

This has been solved before, you can probably use the search function. It's caused by either not running the installer with admin permissions, installing to the wrong folder or your GTA folder/subfolders being read-only. If this is beyond you, not installing the tazer will fix this error.

IRC is dying. Nobody really uses it but criminals (warez, anonymous, child pornography rings). It's banned from most networks, too. At the ISP I worked at it was flat out banned, and you'd get your server suspended for hosting one. And rightly so.

Seems to have been a problem with the resource caching the site uses. I've disabled server-side caching entirely for now.

Wait, why on Earth did you contact Rockstar when you're using mods? Also, why haven't you done what's asked here. Read the support guidelines and reply with the information requested.
