The debugging text is completely made up nonsense that wouldn't be any use to a developer. Conclusion: Really bad fake. Although the graphics are nice for an animation. You'd have to be a sad person to go through all that work to make a fake video.

Because running the game as admin is really difficult. And you will follow the troubleshooter next time. If you had done, this is an error that's fixed in the troubleshooter.

Try and clear your cache

This has been addresses hundreds of times before; you could have searched or bothered to read the freaking troubleshooter! Make sure your GTA folders (and all subfolders) are NOT read-only.

No support with using LCPDFR with other mods, sorry.

There should be a file called LCPDFR.log, can you upload this. Thanks.

More information would be nice, we can't read minds. e.g. WHEN EXACTLY does it crash WHAT graphics hardware are you using if you remove LCPDFR, does it fix the issue?
