We've not been able to reproduce this in the past with vanilla LSPDFR (no unofficial callouts/plugins). The core LSPDFR plugin itself is heavily benchmarked and optimised. You may want to see if a specific plugin or callout is causing it.

LML doesn't touch your mods folder. If something in that folder is causing a crash, and you've removed LML, then it's something you've put in that folder.

Your mods folder is called _mods. 🙄 It has to be called mods to work.

If you can access the site from your phone, but not your PC, and both devices are on the same network, your PC is still using a VPN in some way. Check any enabled security software to see if there's some sort of VPN or privacy mode. You may also check for 'anonymizer' or similar software being enabled. Most of our network-level bans are just registration and/or login bans, however, that particular network is responsible for DoS traffic against the site. It's not one we can unblock I'm afraid.

That IP / ban traces back to a company called Vultr, which isn't a residential ISP, but a server company that was blocked for spam and abuse. We aren't able to unblock non-residential IP addresses. If you're using a VPN or proxy, you'll have to turn it off to continue to use the site.

You are definitely right there, and that's one major advantage of LML. Many creators and users don't want to change how they do things, and that's reasonable. Hopefully in time people will see the benefits of the system and add support. FiveM stuff is usually supported automatically, and we have more and more FiveM ready mods being uploaded all the time. These are probably your best bet until there's explicit LML support.
