I can safely say that's an issue on your end, the new version has already been made and people aren't having that issue.

You've not installed one of your LSPDFR plugins correctly. Something need 'Albo1125.Common' and it's either the wrong version or not installed.

Your game crashing is not caused by RPH or LSPDFR. Try renaming your mods folder to modsold and see if that causes you to load. If so, something in there is crashing you. If you have 'Menyoo Menu' it'll need to be removed due to the GTA V update.

Your log is showing LSPDFR crashing when attempting to get the game to load a weapon asset. Have you modified weapons/flashlight at all?
