There's no need to be so passive, there's a reason why renaming or deleting the mods folder is prolific in diagnosing the issue, it's probably because about 80% of issues are solved by doing that. The next step that then you need to take, is understanding what in that folder is causing your crash. Unfortunately with OpenIV folder modding being what it is, very little diagnostics are available to you. You can try undoing the last few things you did, if that doesn't help, then the best method is usually recreating the folder, adding mods one by one to understand if anything is causing your issue.

  23. Not sure then, sorry. I just tried all of our download servers and I'm not seeing similar issues. You could try download from another server. Whilst you a downloading, there is a link to try another server. Try choosing one of the US ones.
