iirc there's a weird undocumented way of doing it on the Steam version. For retail and Epic Games, no. Plus you'll probably have to fight with Rockstar's launcher. Is there a reason you want to do this? Everything is updated now.

I'm not even defending Ultimate Backup, but you do realize how VirusTotal works, right? It scans files with around 50ish AV engines and honestly for most non-digitally signed files and files that do stuff around memory or scripthooks, one of those engines is going to return a false positive. Go scan LSPDFR or LML for instance. Using a mod comes mostly down to trust you have for the author and distribution source. The choice of using this mod comes down to you.

Corrupt game files is usually nothing to do with script modifications, and instead whatever you have done to otherwise modify game files. If you recently installed a new vehicle/data/character mod to your mods folder, this could be the culprit. Renaming your mods folder to _mods and you can test if your game launches normally by disabling them. You've broken your RPH installation by obtaining the version from their website, read the red banner at the top of this thread, the latest version can currently only be found in the LSPDFR download.

You can get back to the standard theme by hitting the lightbulb at the top of the site, or choosing either the Light or Dark theme from the 'Theme' dropdown at the very bottom of the site at the footer.

The fix is undoing whatever you did to your mods folder. (or renaming your mods folder to _mods to get back into the game quickly). You either did something incorrectly or the mod doesn't work. Apologies if you thought my reply was useless, I was trying to spark some critical thinking, sorry if it was misplaced.

So what would be your logical conclusion here? e.g. I did something to the mods folder/game files and now the game does not load. What do you think, then, is causing your game to crash? What if you undid the changes you made?

The default theme was changed around January. If you manually switched, you'll need to manually switch back.
