  1. Not sure then, sorry. I just tried all of our download servers and I'm not seeing similar issues. You could try download from another server. Whilst you a downloading, there is a link to try another server. Try choosing one of the US ones.
  2. There is an issue on your end preventing the complete download. Ensure any anti virus or firewall software is disabled as these might be interfering. Also ensure you are using the latest version of WinRAR, as older versions struggle with newer archives.

  5. In the log you posted, LSPDFR+ caused your crash. People say that LSPDFR+ is old and outdated, so you may need to remove it.

  7. Unfortunately that is against Rockstar's modding policies. It's possible that this would change in the future though, or there could be future developments on our end, but at the moment this is not a thing.
