You're aware that that's from 2014? And that it's a texture file? And that I made it as a running joke because ineseri jokingly wanted Rias on it? It's not a fully 3D modeled pony that you can't remove at all. -

ELS flashes a lot faster in multiplayer for whatever reason. I don't believe there's anything you can do to speed it up in single player than what you've already done.

Then what about the half star system instead? The whole idea behind this thread was to increase the room for scoring files, and I believe that even a half star system would work better than what we currently have. Files with small issues could be voted 4.5/5 and files above average could 3.5/5 etc

Currently LCPDFR uses a 5 star review system which greatly limits control over scoring files and causes many people to get upset when a file is rated 3 stars or less despite this being the "average" score. I propose that instead of this 5 star system, we move to a 10 star system which would increase the "average" score from 3 to 5, and also allow users to rate files more fairly than just 5/5ing or 1/5ing everything as there's more room to score. Another idea would be to add a half star system, which would allow users to vote 3.5 stars if they so choose rather than just 3 stars if the file was above average but not "great", etc etc.

The headlight wig wags are a very nice touch. -
The police bike uses the default police sirens, so any siren mod that replaces those will work.

Exactly this. If you want to shoot off an AR, that's fine, go to a shooting range. You don't need to own one.

Nobody outside of law enforcement or the military should have access to a high powered, fully automatic, rifle. Period. What the hell do you want one for anyway? Protection? What are you gonna do, sleep with it under your pillow? Give me a break.

Use a slim lightbar, the Vector looks completely out of place (you know you can scale lightbars down, right?).

I'd seriously recommend against uploading your first few skins because they're going to be really bad. You need to honestly think "would someone actually use this?" before uploading, because with the texture in this condition, nobody will. It's a bad livery, but that's okay. It's your first and you'll improve from here if you keep at it. My first few skins were awful too. Try looking up some real department designs and copying them before moving into making your own original liveries.- 2 comments

I don't mean to sound rude, but why can't you look? Is there something blocking you from using Google and the search functions? Regardless, try GTAPoliceMods, there's a lot of lightbars on there. No idea how many are non-ELS though.
