You can replace the EFLC policeb with the policeb included in the archive - just open the extra vehicles's "vehicles.img" and export the files you want, then import them to your EFLC's vehicle archive. You must then install the handling lines included (further instructions in the readme) and it should work. The handling lines can be found in the "newhandling.dat" included in the extra vehicles folder (see commondata in it), just copy them, then paste them into your EFLC's handling.dat. If you are installing for EFLC, DO NOT INSTALL THE EXTRA VEHICLES THE NORMAL WAY. JUST DO WHAT'S EXPLAINED ABOVE - OPEN ARCHIVE, EXTRACT, IMPORT TO EFLC, COPY HANDLING, PASTE IN EFLC.

You're partly right - it is a container for the MDT processor, which gets wired up to the touch-screen interface in the central console by the dashboard. -
Interesting to see how the other London does things across the pond... I prefer Canadian patterns to most US ones, they look more orderly and professional. -

I think you can change this sort of thing in the configuration files (.DAT, .IDE etc.) - it's been done for the State Troopers (who get replaced with normal cops) so perhaps it is possible with vehicle spawning. However, if you are using a traffic fix, it probably won't work.

People volunteer they're own time and money towards these models. Modeling from scratch is very difficult and if you were to buy a pre-made model to convert; it'd be very, very expensive. These people do deserve credit for their work.

Also, if you are going to edit my skins rather than make your own from scratch (as it sounded like by your PM) you should ask me for permission first. The window textures and base colours (like the back pattern) are taken from my skins.
