LCPDFR 1.1: I can't play without connection to the Internet.

Featured Replies

Good afternoon, such situation. After installation of the new version, I began to observe lags of game after input of forceduty and ALT+U. Later I understood that it because of the LCPDFR.Networking file who was responsible for connections to the master server. Reinstallation of all number of files and game didn't help. And how to me to be?

Just in case I will attachscreenshots with log files as removal of LCPDFR.Networking causes a mistake like "Error in script LCPDFR.Loader".

Well what happens if you don't force duty and use ATL + P and begin duty like you're suppose to?

Well if not to activate LCPDFR or to include the Internet game goes quietly, but it is simply impossible to play without it. And in a police station too suffers crash.

Could you elaborate a little? How does having no internet connection cause a lag?

Well picture such: I established 1.1, I came into game, start took place successfully, played half an hour and I can tell only one: no crash happened... except a case as before my Internet connection for an hour, I decided to come into game and after the second successful start through the console forceduty team, the dreadful lag begins, hardly managed to close through a task manager and paid attention to LCPDFR.Networking which was in the root folder of game. I removed that file, but after calling game it gave out a start error like LCPDFR Loader.net.Loader perhaps, I don't remember. And as a result it became clear to me that this modification without the Internet doesn't go... I think, you will understand it...

Hm, in fact LCPDFR Networking is not even used when LCPDFR didn't detect a working internet connection. I've just released a small fix addressing a few small issues though, could you please redownload 1.1 and see if it helps?

Please do not PM me unless really necessary (knowing you helps). If you think you need my attention in a topic, tag me.

And give the reference if it is present?

So, what I can say: reset modification, did everything according to instructions, but the Internet was with LTE modem, the game was completely calm. Then disconnected from the modem, again went to the game, launched a mod using the same command and only on this wildly beginning to slow down. The game also killed via task Manager. Sorry, no luck.

So I wanted to leave a record of this problem. In the previous version was a bit different, it did not require so than the current 1.1.

I can also confirm that you can't play LCPD:FR offline with 1.1.

Whenever I try to enter the station after Alt+P, it hangs on the loading screen indefinitely. Once I reconnect to the internet, it loads just fine.

Generally, for the last moment such situation: after the fresh Net.Framework updating and other, departures it wasn't observed even at shutdown of the Internet. But I don't know yet, I need to test further to be convinced that it definitely didn't repeat.LCPDFR.log - without net
