Thanks. It's the black ops one from the game. If you use a trainer you can spawn them. -

Seems like some of you guys are having problems. I installed it for the sheriff slot and installed carvariations and flags that was provided and haven't had any problems. I was able to make my own skin for it and install it. This is model is awesome! Love the lights from far away when I request backup for a pursuit, it looks like ELS from far away when backup is coming :D- 376 comments

Hmmm..I've been running OpenIV as admin maybe I'll try to run without admin. Wouldnt the "Add" button just adds files instead of replacing it?

You are talking about when you drag and drop in files it doesn't change? If so that is one of my problems too. I have to go in and replace individual files.
