Adding custom backgrounds like a png or JPEG would be welcome so can add custom backgrounds for immersion also in update have the lookup peds and vehicles with pictures would be amazing with any prior offences to that vehicle or ped adding a bolo system too might be cool

You can replace just go into the dlc and x64/levels/gtav/vehicles.rpf then once inside that copy the files to desktop ytd yft then just rename the files to the replacement file then drop into game done

In the plates section of vershare under plate 5 exempt that’s the police plates you need to change I think you need to download separate plates for Blaine county etc like sandy shores paleto bay you can find plates for those and just replace license plate 5 for your patrol

Looks like it’s certain car els models that are doing this like the chp megapack where the front right does not work and left side is steady burn but rear light do flash other els models work fine

Can’t seem to change custom wallpaper out into MDT pro files and in wallpaper folder but does not change the default one
