Hey guys, I'm working on an ELS version of a vector lightbar for use with the vanilla police cars. Currently, i've set up all of the lights as rotators, so they're all on all the time. In your opinions, how should i set up the lightbar? does all rotators make sense? or should i do standard ELS instead of Rotator-ELS?? If you think it should be non-rotator, how would you like to see the lights assigned, which would you want to be 1-4, and what would be the wig-wags. For a non-rotator set up, i was thinking about doing: 4 3 3 2 2 1 1 What do you guys think about that? For reference to the lightbar i'm talking about, here's the coming soon picture i posted: Thanks, Ceril

Yeah, i try not to make them christmas trees lol. Just the wig wags and the lightbar.

I decided to create a new download for these because they've changed a lot since 1.0. These Vapid Cruisers are what i believe they would look like if they were actually made by Ford. They're very plain, not featuring a ton of lights and accessories. The model looks great if you want a cruiser that really fits in to the default game. I've also included a police2, which doesn't have a rambar. I have included two sets of .wtds and elsv7 files. One with all blue lights, and the other is red and blue. The skins that are included are "Liberty Police" skins with a Boston, Massachusetts style. Also, there's no crash when shooting at windows bug! ELSv7 Ready! V7 is really awesome, great work guys. Just one question, is it possible to bind the Manual Siren key to the Middle Mouse button? i didn't see anything about it mentioned in the PDF. Thanks!

Hey guys, I'm trying to fix my Vapid ELS so that when i shoot the windows, the game doesn't crash. I tried replacing the window [COL]s, but it didn't seem to help. Does any have any other suggestions, or actually know how to fix it? Thanks

Yeah, that's what i meant, and i forgot that it wasn't the Chassis_L0, i had trouble wording it for some reason lol.

I had this bouncy car issue as well It was happeneing because my chassis and chassis_L0 weren't in the same place

Yeah, they are. The glass is under the Misc_g in the hierarchy, which is under the ELS

Hey Guys, I have this really odd issue that i just cannot figure out. I've tried changing my textures around, i've tried different lights from different modders, but i always have this problem with ELS now: The old lights always work, which is why the Wig Wags are working. But nothing else ever shows up. Here's a screenshot of the hierarchy: Any Help / Advice would be awesome. Thanks

No, my textures are all set up correctly. It's weird because it's only happening on the ELS lights that i just added. The ELS lights that i put on a month ago are working just fine.

Looks absolutely fantastic! Any chance you could PM me where you got the model? I found a CVPI model floating around that i was thinking about buying, but i want to make sure it's not this one before i spend any money! -

I found my half-finished Liberty City "Boston" themed Vapid textures lying around, so i polished them up for personal use. Tell me what you guys think, and maybe I'll release them if they're wanted enough! -
Make sure that your ELS lights are above the glass on your hierarchy. Here's how i have my lightbar hierarchy set up +ELS Extras +Emerglights Whelen_Liberty_L0 Whelen_Liberty_L1 +Liberty_Glass Liberty_Glass_L0 Liberty_Glass_L1
