  1. Hi. I've been having some issues related to persistence in my game. Whenever there's a pursuit, for example, a lot of cops show up, and the peds disappear as soon as the pursuit is over (leaving only their vehicles with the doors open). I also noticed that sometimes, whenever I'm writing the report or waiting for something, an arrested suspect can simply vanish as if they were transported. Had some vehicles vanish in traffic stops as well if I get too far from them (a ped stole my vehicle once, and I ran to the end of the road; when I came back, the stopped car wasn't there anymore). I'm using heapadjuster, packfile limit adjuster, fwBoxStreamerVariable, decals limit patch, ZolikaPatch, Weapon Limits Adjuster, and SirenSetting Limit Adjuster. I did try some new graphics mods recently - Stryvision and NaturalVision, but I've uninstalled them and went back to VisualV that I had before and never had that issue. Attaching my logs here, but I can't see any errors - so if someone could try and help me, it would be great! Ps. I know the old log has the "Automatic Siren Cutout" script which is outdated.   2. Hi, does anyone know why whenever I set my Post FX to High or Ultra, white cars become too bright? Here's a comparison between: https://i.imgur.com/PhUKqhc.png - Normal Post FX https://i.imgur.com/Ivdij46.png - Ultra Post FX I use VisualVanilla and Better Radiance w/ Better ELS Reflections. I think it's something in the visualsettings.dat file, but I can't find the exact config.
  3. Just did, everything's present and spawning normally. But that's okay, I'll try to install new vehicles and see what happens. I've been wanting to "clean up" my game (specially unecessary dlcs) for quite a while now, this is the best time to do it. 😄
  4. Oh yeah, I have like 250+ DLC vehicles 😅 not sure how my game didn't explode before, but it would explain a lot.
  5. It's been so long, I really don't remember if it's that one or another backup config that I found at the time - but yes, it's the one that has a lot of addon lore vehicles.

Not irrelevant at all - in fact, I think that solved the issue 😄 did some testing (spawned a lot of peds and started pursuits with all of them at the airport), few minutes later all of them were arrested and no crashes... It's hard to replicate, but I think it would make sense if the game tries to spawn a vehicle that's causing a crash? I use the this config for EUP, so a lot of addon vehicles. I'll probably download a addon trainer to spawn the DLC vehicles one by one, and if I can't find any issues, start with a new vehicle pack. I really appreciate your help, sorry if I wasted your time. I'll keep the thread updated if anyone has a similar issue in the future.
  7. That makes sense. I tried a run with only StopThePed and UltimateBackup (fresh download & install, all default xml and settings as well), the crash still occurs. Removing STP and UB it works great, had two pursuits and no issues, so I guess that they really are the problem, don't know why it happens only to me though. Unfortunately the support discord for the plugins didn't help me too much, so I'm losing hope and wondering if it would be better to wait for 0.5 to come out and hopefully it has an alternative for those plugins built in 😄 I left the crash and the no crash logs attached as well, I'm not smart enough to read them, but I think it's the same "generic" error as before.   8. Really appreciate you trying to help - I did everything but the issue is still present. Reinstalled UB and STP completely as well, only added the custom xml files. I know I mentioned it happening out of nowhere, but thinking about it - I only noticed this issue after the latest title update / Chop Shop DLC. Noticed it only after a few days so didn't think it would be related, but it's hard to replicate sometimes. RagePluginHook.log
  9. Hey @cherryaerie, sorry for "reopening" this, but I only had the chance to test everything properly now. Turns out the game still crashes, but so far it's been only in pursuits with 2 or more people after the first one is arrested. I have no other plugins related to transport or anything like that - just StopThePed and UltimateBackup. Do you think it would be better just to reinstall everything? RagePluginHook.log
  10. It was true before, I changed it to see if the crash continued, and it did. I changed back to true now. For some weird reason, my STP dll was different from the one on Beljojo's website. I overwrote it and apparently it's working now - I had 2 pursuits and had no issues. It's hard to replicate but I'll play a little bit more once I have the time and see if I get any other crashes.   11. Could someone please help me read the RPH log and understand why my game crashes once the AI arrest the suspects? Literally out of nowhere I started having problems with it - didn't update or install anything new. I already reinstaled STP and changed: lspdfr.ini - (AmbientResponseOfficersAssignedThreshold and AmbientResponseOfficersAssignedInAreaThreshold to 0) StopThePed.ini - (TakeOverAllArrests to no) Don't really know how to proceed now.   12. Hi. I noticed that while using non-ELS vehicles my siren keeps turning on by itself when I have my lights on. This happens when a pursuit starts, when I cancel a traffic stop or when I end one (the suspect drives away after a citation or warning, for example). Tried DLS and DSS (using it currently) - also tried with just the base game and it happens as well. I can turn on another siren on top of it, and I can only turn it off if I turn off my lights and turn them back on - I know it's hard to explain, but I left a video of it happening, so it's a bit more clear. https://clipchamp.com/watch/QT2jU8VCwuh Don't know if logs would help in this case, but I can attach them as well if needed.
  13. Hi, I was using Zolika1351's Trainer but it's now deprecated. I found it really handy for spawning and distinguishing addon cars, activating GTA 4 handling, and disabling curb snapping. I've been searching high and low for an alternative with similar functionalities, or even separate mods that offer these options, but no luck so far. What trainer do you guys use and would you recommend them? I doubt I'm going to find something close to it, but you never know. Thanks in advance!

I'm not from California, and to be honest I don't exactly how the CPC works - I just used Google and ChatGPT to get the info 😄 but I do like the realism it brings, great job btw!   15. That's good to know, I removed it for now and will check further. Btw - the issue with the XML was: I used min_months= and max_years=, changing it to max_months= solved it. So maybe it helps if anyone comes across this in the future. Now I'll go update the TrafficQuestions :)Thank you again for the help!

I've updated UltimateBackup and Removed RiskierTrafficStops (just curious, is there any reason why I shouldn't use it?) - also removed CalloutInterfaceAPI from the Plugins folder, it was already added in the main directory and I have no clue why it was there 🙂 I'm using a custom XML for the TrafficStopQuestions.xml as well, so I'll check those with the developers.   19. Hi, has anyone ever encoutered this glitch while dealing with UB before? Whenever I call for pursuit backup, they become dots in the map and keep teleporting to me until I dismiss them with Enter. Here's a clip showing how it happens: https://clipchamp.com/watch/BZ6TJI9qDPc. I've called for backup using Grammar Police, but it happens when I do it with the "B" menu as well. This one was really quick, but they become police buddy randomly while chasing the suspect as well, but it seems this happens if they're too far from the suspect.
  20. Hi guys, very new to LSPDFR modding, so sorry if I'm being dumb - I searched a lot of places for this issue but couldn't find anything related. I'm noticing some of my modded police cars are having this issue on some parts of the speedometer - this specific one is in the handbrake light and others (couldn't figure them out). Using Ripple's LSCO Pack, 2014 Tahoe - I'm not sure if this is a problem with the model though, I had some other model do the same for me, but I can't remember exactly which one, it was from another pack some time ago. I tried restoring my visualsettings.dat file (modded it previously to make the lights brighter), and it did help - the textures are not as bright, but I can definetly still notice it. It's worse when I'm looking directly at them - if I look to the side of the car in first person, I can see that the issue dissapears (depending on my camera). Has anyone had this issue before that could help me understand what I can do to fix it? Thanks for the help.
  21. Great mod, adds a really nice touch of realism in the game - but I got to admit it's too hard for me 😄 (maybe I'm just bad at the game, who knows). Do you have any plans of adding sort of a "difficulty" setting to the mod, or some option to lower the damage? For me a perfect middle-ground between standard GTA and this mod would be perfect, not too hard but not too easy. If this was suggested before I'm sorry, I couldn't find it here.
