White cars too bright when Post FX is set to High+

Hi, does anyone know why whenever I set my Post FX to High or Ultra, white cars become too bright?

 

Here's a comparison between:

I use VisualVanilla and  Better Radiance w/ Better ELS Reflections. I think it's something in the visualsettings.dat file, but I can't find the exact config.
