^this. In case you didn't know, LCPDFR is a popular add-on to the game Grand Theft Auto IV for the PC platform. At this point, I believe GTA IV is approximately 20 U.S. Dollars on the Steam store. To get yourself started, look at some tutorials on how to install various things including the actual game itself.

Try what tz21 said, or try your visual settings. Poke around on the forums about editing the visual settings to your liking. Like I said previously to another person seeking support for a similar issue, take a screenshot with your ELS on, and next to a taxi. The whole reason behind this is because what actually makes the lights flash is called the 'lightsemissive' configuration texture thing. The taxis use the same lightsemissive as ELS does, so that'll narrow down the issue to visualSettings or your time cycle.

You can try luminescence mod. Try an ENB if your game can run one (which I know it can since I believe you're idad99), or try poking around on the forums to find what you may edit in the visual settings. Since the ELS lightstemissive run of the taxi lightsemissive, post a screenshot or video with your car with ELS on, parked next to a taxi with its little light on. If you don't know how to turn it on, there is an option in the 'Car Options' menu to turn it on. Good luck!

Try to be more specific with your questions. I assume you're talking about Braveheart's Policing Script. I'm sorry to make you sound like an idiot, but if you don't know already, it's an extra script with more calls. As for the fuzziness in the text, I have no idea. Possibly a graphics issue? Check your resolution and your other graphics settings. A screenshot of them would also be nice.

I can tell something big is going to come out of these videos, and I think that of every person, but it's all about how you execute. No, not how you cut peoples' heads off. Try some commentary. Try an ENB, and try to use some interesting scripts. Joining a clan and posting up some videos of you patrolling with your clan are usually more tasty, but it all depends on the choice of the viewer, so you want to balance it out. Maybe have some days SP and some days MP. Good luck!
